This statement is made by Footballco Media Limited (company number 12701601), a public limited company registered in England and Wales, pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 2025. It sets out the steps Footballco Media Limited (“Footballco”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) has taken, and is taking, to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Footballco is a digital media company focused on football content, publishing and related services. We operate websites, social channels and associated platforms, and we provide content, editorial, production, commercial partnerships and advertising services to audiences and clients in the UK and internationally.
Our operations are headquartered in England with additional activities supported by group entities and third parties in the US, Saudi Arabia, Germany, the Netherlands, UAE, Japan, Poland, Italy, Indonesia, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico.

Footballco is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrit to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business. Our policy framework includes:
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy (appended), which sets out zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking and requires transparency and risk-based controls.
Whistleblowing Policy, which enables workers to raise concerns confidentially.
Business Ethics and Anti-Bribery Policy, which underpins responsible conduct across our operations and supply chains.

To identify and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains, we apply a risk-based approach when engaging contractors and suppliers. Our processes include:
identifying and assessing potential risk areas in our business and supply chains;
reducing the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains;monitoring potential risk areas in our business and supply chains; and
creating a safe whistleblowing channel.We expect all of our suppliers and contractors to adhere to our Anti-Slavery Policy and we have a zero tolerance approach.

We provide mandatory training on modern slavery and human trafficking to all FootballCo employees. Training covers recognising red flags, responsible procurement, fair recruitment, reporting channels and our escalation procedures. Refresher training is available via the relevant training platform and upon updates to relevant policies.

Following the conclusion of each financial year, we will conduct a comprehensive review of our anti-slavery and human trafficking measures. This assessment will evaluate the effectiveness of our current practices within our business and supply chains and identify any necessary enhancements or corrective actions.
Furthermore, we remain dedicated to the ongoing education and training of our personnel. This initiative ensures our workforce is fully equipped to identify the risks and indicators of modern slavery. We expect and encourage all employees to remain vigilant and to promptly report any concerns.
