INDIVISA is expanding into the US as a priority in 2023 and this role will play a crucial role in helping our brand grow a presence in the women’s football community.

What’s the role about?

The Social Media Manager will create, write, schedule and publish content across all our Indivisa brand channels and be devoted to the growth of the brand. They will be expected to propose content ideas and opportunities to amplify the growth of our brand and begin to build relationships with clubs, players, communities as a representative of Indivisa. They will work closely with our other company team members across different departments to increase opportunities for Indivisa.

The Social Media Manager will work with our Paid Social team in the UK to deliver paid campaigns to grow our channel.


What you'll do:
  • Confident in creating and featuring in content for Indivisa channels as well as producing ideas to be executed by freelancers, talent or other team members.

  • Proficient in copywriting, scheduling and asset sourcing for always on content plans as well as being on the pulse for all Social Channel best practices so we are developing new formats that stand out and grow the brand.

  • Experience creating, delivering and presenting creative content pitches for commercial briefs.

  • Confident to work on shoots/on location as an agile social content creator.

  • Regular suggestions for brand/event/commercial collaborations or events for the brand to work on.

  • Networking on behalf of Indivisa as the face of the brand amongst the women’s football space.

  • Overseeing partnerships with key talent.

  • Ensuring Indivisa grows a presence in the local grassroots community, starting with NYC.

  • Delivering monthly reporting on our growth and offering solutions/next steps with our Head of Indivisa.


DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Brand/Content Marketing. An in-depth understanding of the beautiful game is preferred, however not essential. Football transcends all aspects of popular culture and so should this person’s thinking.

  • A deep understanding of brand growth and paid social.
