What’s the role about?

An exciting opportunity for an organised and driven individual to join the FootballCo Media Sales team in India.

This dynamic individual will be expected to help hit media sales budgets through direct sales efforts to monetise FootballCo properties, such as the largest football website in the world, www.goal.com and the brands’ social platforms. Sales efforts will be directed primarily at digital media agencies, local clubs and local leagues, driving investment across media and content services.

Our Sales efforts will be focused on Premium Media, Content led Sponsorships and Programmatic deal set up.

Along with sales, this individual will be expected to manage key accounts and clients and will work closely with the Ad Op’s manager in Dubai to ensure all campaigns are delivered in full and clients are reported back to.

Along with sales, this individual will be expected to manage direct Football clients who will work closely with the Dubai delivery team to ensure all campaigns deliver in full and clients are reported back to.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Agency Management: You will oversee key agencies and their strategists/planners to ensure Goal.com and VOD network we represent are well versed in the respective spaces.

  • Sales Management: With your agency relationships in place, you will need to sell FCo properties through a number of silo’s and ensure that Goal.com and our video network is top of their media buying consideration set, at all times.

  • Account Management: You will be expected to manage all campaigns and accounts within your sales silo to ensure they run and deliver in full.

  • Client Services: You will be expected to nurture all agency relationships by investing time with them and ensuring FootballCo meets their Media Needs.

YOU HAVE

  • Experience in agency or brand management and a sales track record

  • Clear understanding of digital advertising landscape including experience in selling content driven marketing initiatives (Commercial/Creative content expertise will be highly advantageous)

  • Black book of India direct agency contacts will be highly advantageous

  • Must be fluent in Hindi and English.

  • Ideally with an understanding of the biggest sport in the world
