What’s the role about?
Footballco is looking for an experienced Production Assistant to join our exciting and expanding creative department. The successful candidate will have some experience with production teams and possess an understanding of requirements in the execution of creative concepts through the phases of production in a fast-paced environment.
Supporting the wider production team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Production and Producers to identify requirements to successfully deliver on project ambition.
The role is being offered on an initial 6-month FTC with the view to it becoming permanent for the successful candidate.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals new to the industry to grow professionally so we are looking for someone who is ambitious and possesses a can-do attitude.
The Footballco Production Assistant will be asked to provide support on pitch proposals and project wins across a range of content genres ranging from simple self-shot influencer pieces through to studio productions through to low, medium, and high-end location shoots. An understanding of experiential spaces is advantageous.
What you'll be doing:
Internal/External Interactions:
You will support department Producers at all levels.
Additionally, you will liaise with internal Footballco stakeholders inclusive of Creative, Client Services, Design, Strategy, and Finance Departments.
You will also be comfortable in communicating with external clients, contractors and suppliers
Responsibilities:
Have the capability to take direction and support production teams to optimally deliver creative concepts within fiscal and time constraints.
Be an effective communicator and team player who will collaborate with department Producers, Production Coordinators and colleagues in the Creative and Design teams to create compelling work.

An agile grasp of ‘where, when, what, who and how’ production logistic requirements for any filming or experiential content creation.
Have experience in supporting production crews on shoots.
An understanding of post-production workflows + formatting and distribution requirements for social platforms.
Be fully focused, organised and have meticulous attention to detail.
Possess impeccable numeracy and literacy skills.
A willing learner for budget creation, tracking and reconciliation.
Be able to communicate challenges and issues with colleagues.
Be interested in growing as a producer of football related branded content.
