whAT IS mUNDIAL?

MUNDIAL reminds you why you love football. A quarterly magazine, best in class social publisher, merchandise specialist and multi-award winning audio producer, MUNDIAL has recently launched CLUB MUNDIAL, a community based subscription plan that will feature all of the above and more.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to grow the MUNDIAL subscriber base. The individual will be responsible for implementing various digital marketing tactics, optimising campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to improve our marketing efforts. This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and an understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Landing page building and execution creating landing page templates using a combination of software's and in-house developers.

  • Email marketing - newsletter building and execution + optimisations of email flows.

  • Briefs - doing creative briefs to the Design team for performance marketing channels (Social, Display etc.).

  • Reporting - taking ownership of all marketing reporting for MUNDIAL.

  • Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics, generate insights, and provide regular reports on campaign performance.

  • Community management - supporting the team with management of community frequently asked questions and subscription issues across social and web.

  • Conduct regular A/B testing and optimise landing pages, email campaigns, and website content to improve conversion rates.

  • Working with the Head of Paid Social to manage all aspects of our paid social campaigns including campaign creation, tracking, optimisation and reporting for our branded content partners and for our internal teams. This will involve campaigns running across all major social platforms and for brands in the wider Footballco group.

  • Ensuring best practice and optimisation are implemented correctly to achieve desired performance and, in most cases, strict targets.

What you have?
  • Proven work experience in digital and / or performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with popular digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, etc.

  • Ability to learn and use key marketing softwares.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Expert analytics skills and a strong attention to detail. A love of data and desire to interrogate data to find insights then deliver those insights to relevant teams and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of digital media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat), advertising data, and social/digital trends and existing relationships with the major social platforms

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical marketing experience.

  • Graphic design capabilities

  • Experience of using tools like Figma, Photoshop, In-design etc.

  • Video editing capabilities.

  • Experience in using CMS (e.g. Shopify, Wordpress).

  • Analytical background.
